Weighed myself today and am down another 20 pounds. This is the lightest and thinnest I have been in well over a decade. If I keep doing things right and safely, omand I drop another 45 pounds, I'll be the lightest and thinnest I have been since I was 20. Which was 25 years ago... Damn I'm old.
