I often feel like GenX is the luckiest generation in the US. And the unluckiest. To have grown up in those times, and to end in these. Damn. What a rollercoaster.

Anyhoo, I had a mammogram the other day. And as a breast cancer patient I have had a lot of them. First time I was asked about the status of my period, my uterus, my fallopian tubes…among other fascist concerns. I could explain more, but I hope it’s not necessary.

It’s funny that airports and air traffic controllers are holding up our democracy. I feel slightly less angry about the multiple times we have bailed out the airlines. Very slightly.

Is anyone else feeling very fuck it about the health insurance tax credits? Even as a cancer survivor I sort of want to watch everyone be uninsured and not pay and fuck over the insurance companies. I’m sure it’s not that simple. But we are so close to that line.
