Life can be very tough and cruel sometimes. We should never try to be super heroes and do it alone especially in our darker moments. Always a reminder to reach out when things get tough. There is always someone to listen. #lufc
Today is thst darkest of anniversaries, 13 years since I took a call from the desk asking me to check out a report that Gary Speed, the football hero, my friend, was dead. I’ll never forget that morning.
My thoughts are with those closest to him on this awful anniversary.

I think that's nearly everyone moved over from twitter now. Probably about another 10 million actual humans to go. The other 220 million accounts being bots and racists.
