Can you believe it? The Boxty House restaurant in Dublin is 35 years old & now run by the second generation! Huge credit to Padraigh Óg Gallagher & his family, and thank you for the opportunity to celebrate it with you. (Boxty is a trad potato fish from Leitrim and the surrounding counties)

Just back from the Samhain Festival of Food & Culture 2023 in Kells, Co Meath where we talked about this forthcoming book. I think it may be of interest to some? One of the editors is @irishcookbooks.bsky.social and, dare I say, contributors include myself.
