Sometimes we run, sometimes we are race directors. This weekend we volunteered for Sinister 7 at one of their remote checkpoints. Hiked in the 8 km, set up the station and volunteered for about 9 hours then hiked 8 km back. It was a great time with my lovely wife. #running #Alberta #volunteer

This is my street in Edmonton. The first pics show a beautiful canopy. This past week, all gone. Our condo board got advice that the trees were causing sewer line problems and a plan to update the sidewalk would require ALL the trees to be removed. #forestecol #yeg
