The first "Superman" animated short by Fleischer Studios premiered on this day (Sept. 26) in 1941! Technical marvels and skill-fully crafted, this series of 17 animated shorts have left a significant mark on both the Superman mythos and the animation industry itself! #FleischerSuperman #Superman

Given who is in this film, and that I have never heard of it, then it must be awful. As this kind of movie has cult classic written all over it otherwise.

The tech-y dramedy ‘Hackers’ starring Jonny Lee Miller, Angelina Jolie, Matthew Lillard, Lorraine Bracco, Wendell Pierce, and Fisher Stevens hacked the planet thirty years ago this week. 💻 🛢️ 💾 #OTD

Watched the Devo documentary on Netflix despite knowing next to nothing about them. Amazing artistic music group with something profound to say through their art. Way ahead of their time.

This is devastating. I went to art college with Dave Taylor in 1989-90. Even then, he was leagues ahead of the rest of the class. He was a regular at Forbidden Planet, my old workplace, for years. One of the loveliest, coolest people ever, and a ridiculously talented artist. RIP, mate.
RIP Dave Taylor. Always enjoyed his work from early UK work to Tongue Lash to Batman to 2000ad. Some remarkable depictions of Mega City One over the years

Grabbed a new rip of the Transformers Scramble City: The Mobilization OVA from the Deston Laserdisc and added it to the YouTube channel along with the English Subtitles for easy viewing.

Watching a Waymo stuck in the middle of a block party, creating a surreal traffic jam because it can’t figure out how to briefly cross the yellow line to get past the crowd. Now the cops are here. They don’t understand the problem and are yelling at everyone but the car. The future is so stupid

I went and dug up a piece of my unpublished art for Transformers CG2 after me being referenced in James Robert's Generation Mechs book. Kingdom of the Blind page 2 (I think) written by James Roberts - all digital files lost to hungry Scraplets.
