Agreed on Kaiser. Absolute dog shit. Took me a full fucking year to get diagnosed with cancer. They couldn't be bugged to run tests or schedule an appointment that lasted more than 10 minutes.

It's not that I think Vance has any talent for mind tricks.

It's that Trump supporters are so willing to fall for the dumbest of right-wing fairy tales.

I hope you're right. If so, I admit I'm one of the people underrating how old MAGA is.

Anecdotally, I'm seeing a lot more middle aged MAGA than I'm seeing senior citizens.

And a lot of impressionable young men buying into the persecution complex. Definitely hope I'm wrong.

Nor will it be as quick as people think. His followers believed he would build the border wall and that immigrants were eating the cats and dogs.

They'll buy in whenever they're told JDV is the second coming of Trump.

He still thinks he can be president if acts deplorable enough.

I want people to start asking Trump about these responses: Mr. President, did you hear Mike Johnson say he didn't listen to your speech. What are your thoughts on the Speaker of the House ignoring you?

For someone so obsessed with audiences and ratings, it would set off some fantastic in-fighting

Literal laugh out loud. Thank you.

There were times when I couldn't get a chemotherapy treatment for months, but when I would show up for an infusion, I'd be the only person in a room designed for 8 patients.

Healthcare in the US is so convoluted. The care is often great, but the bureaucracy is terrible.

All good now. But I have years worth of stories to tell.

But it's made me hyper sympathetic to anyone dealing with the treatment delays I dealt with.

It's terrible. Wishing you all the best.

I've been dealing with it for 3 years. Every test and every appointment was a wait of multiple months. Almost like they were intentionally dragging out my treatment.

Good point.

Same when Ford pardoned Nixon.

And when Vance ultimately pardons Trump.

Also, it's a truly demented way to lead a story. Why even mention Trump's obsession with autopen signatures and his predecessor?

Red herring journalism at its finest.

What an arrogant response. Dripping with "You're not smart enough to understand."

I don't know many pro football players, but I know it's bad when my team's quarterback throws an interception in the red zone.

This is an eff-ing watershed moment for Democrats across the country.

ICE protests, military parade, blatant opposition to court orders and the rule of law. Past time for elected officials to take a real stand.

Jamie Dimon sounding the alarm after supporting Trump prior to the election.

That's rich.

100% agree with you on that.

We'll see, I guess. It's so lacking in any specifics that it's impossible to discern really anything.
