Left arrow flashing is not going to make a single driver “yield.”
The current implementation at 4th and Michigan has a mixed cycle of pedestrians and cyclists crossing and cars turning with a “permissive” flashing left arrow.

I can’t believe they’re putting another flashing yellow across the MBT at southbound first and K NE. I guess it’s all in the NOI but I’m still horrified given how 4th has worked. I emailed DDOT and CM Allen and Parker today but the signal is already up (not live).
