I'm not quitting Twitter. I know they're scraping my art and words to train their algorithms, but frankly, bad actors were (and are) always going to do that anyway, and no individual can stop them.

Me? I make things. Real things. Life's short and I have shit to do.

AI art is absolute garbage and no matter how "good" it gets, by its very nature, by choosing to skip the labor of learning and forming your own approach, by seeing the love and care and effort that goes into making stuff and saying "that's the *bad* part" -- they will never make anything cool, ever.

I'm not afraid of AI replacing me. I've seen models trained specifically on my artwork -- they suck. They do a terrible job of replicating what I do because they don't understand why I do it. And most of all, they can't make anything *new*. I try new shit constantly! They're eternal regurgitation.
