This is a Budget that will unravel.
The attack on (mostly) small businesses wishing to transfer to employee ownership rather than being swallowed up and spat out is classic short term thinking that helps nobody.

I don’t think the group with the most to fear today are pensioners.

Road Closed signs are now up for the day at my request. I did a site visit here last week and while there wasn’t much more that could be done to mitigate the impact of yesterday’s rain, there are a couple of things awaiting action.
