Never thought I’d raise my voice at my new washing machine for it to “TURN ON! Dammit!”
Why is there not a simple on/off switch anymore on anything? I have to wait to hear the water after pushing start for fear of coming back and finding it never started the cycle. (I know, 1st world problems.)

Our brains love the colour gradation in rainbows, maybe due to our ancestors searching for sources of water. Looking at plants helps us recover from stress & looking at something we think is beautiful causes dopamine release.
