Donating food for people to eat during these times is extremely important, but don’t forget about the animals. 1 of the main reasons people have to surrender their pets is because they can’t afford to take care of them. A bag of food could mean that an animal gets to live at home for another month.

We enjoyed a nice sunset at the Hawk’s Nest last night on our way to run errands. #nature #landscape #photography #newyork

This photo is the only picture we have of these two together. My wife & I each had a dog before meeting one another & they absolutely hated each other. You know it’s true love when you’re willing to keep 2 dogs separated for years just to be together. RIP Mika & Boo-boo. We miss you. #dogsofbluesky

Getting some beds prepared and shopping for poppy seeds. I’m going to plant them in a couple weeks along with my native butterfly garden. I was looking through some photos of the varieties I grew last year and felt like posting this one. I hope all is well with you. ✌️💚☕️ #bloomscolling #gardening

I saw a lot of #fungifriends poking their little heads out of the leaf piles on the forest floor. I named this one Greg.

It’s already so much quieter in the forest now that many of the birds have left for the winter. You can hear anyone walking around within 600 ft due to all the crunchy leaves on the ground. There’s a nice cool breeze flowing through the trees. I didn’t even break a sweat walking through these hills.
