Life became so much simpler for me when I started documenting my goals and decisions.

Journaling is a gift to your future self.

There's a fine line between patience and passivity.

For most founders and entrepreneurs, I see this scenario play out exactly: we start something powerful and aligned, and immediately we enter the initial difficult phase (the dip).

Don't overcomplicate it.

Rank. Decide. Act.

Beauty and mindfulness demand resolute openness.

You can't grab moments.

You can only make space for them.

You cannot hold water in closed hands.

Learning, building, and improving takes WAY more reps than many realize.

The answer to many of the toughest questions in business is simple: More Reps.

Think bigger.

"I've been binging your content"

One of my favorite moments with clients is when they hear this.

It's happened for them at conferences, in groups they join, in meetings, you name it.

Perfect day to move the ball forward, everyone.

Mondays I like to:
-1 hour overview of clients w/ team
-set 3 individual goals for the week
-review last week's to-do's in clickup for gaps
-review long-term vision sheet (Northstar framework from Highland)

One of the most important rhythms in my life is the heat/cold rhythm.

Cold showers. Sauna. Swimming in the river. Sunshine on my face. Ice baths. Hot yoga.

There's nothing quite like the brutality of a hot sauna or the shock of a cold plunge that gets me in flow.

Team offsites are undefeated.

Rolling out Traction EOS for our Q3 & Q4 goals has been one of the most clarifying processes thus far for our team expectations and culture. A-players bringing the best they have to offer to continue building Legacy Builder for 2025 and beyond.
