Exhausted. Ecstatic. Elated. Emotional.
Can’t imagine how life gets better than this. But I said that after my first match at Kingsmeadow in 2019. Who knows what joy the Dons will bring me next!

They kept threatening to build a plant for the company my husband works for in the UK and I told him, if that happened, we’d be moving. He asked: “Well what if it’s in Milton Keynes?” To which I responded: “You’ll take the train in because they have great public transit.”

When I was checking notes at the end of class I asked him “Are you really going to prom tonight?”
Without missing a beat he said:
“Naw Miss, I’ll be laid up at the house crying cause you wouldn’t come with me.”
I laughed so hard I snorted and then the whole class laughed at me.
