It’s a horrible story. I can’t stop thinking about it either. But it just keeps making me mad as hell and want to fight back.
We genuinely don’t know what’s happened to him. NO ONE sent there on March 15 has been heard from. They’re being held incommunicado.

Tonight we learned that it was indeed Andry, the gay man sent to El Salvador because of his “mom” and “dad” tattoos, who an American journalist saw sobbing as guards slapped him repeatedly and shaved his head.

Asking this earnestly, what's the best explanation for the increase in noncitizen SSNs granted in the last couple years? Has there been any recent legislation that would increase the access to this population and/or fulfilling backlogs that explains the rise?
