I woke up in the middle of the night with the first two lines of this poem repeating in my head. I couldn't sleep until I wrote it on my phone.

I fell asleep almost immediately after I finished.

Wrote a poem for the first time in a long time.
America is for us and no one else They say Anything else is just empty words after the semi-colon The violence of silence the preferred soundtrack Words refused time elapsed Speak to us in praise or not at all They say So when we flipped gravity back to normal Up became up and down let us actually get down We began to succeed at the games they play In honor of the meritocracy They flipped the table incinerated all the quarters broke all the joysticks cut every *fucking* cable Got gravity even more fucked up in their own minds Up was now sideways solely heading to the right Down no longer down A wicked child of the left heaving like a demon in the substrate of the night They say: we gotta go back (Waaaay back!) Bittersweet birthday: today was the last day of our favorite bar in Lowell, the Keep. This was the bar where we had our first date, where we celebrated big events (like getting engaged or getting promotions). Sad to see it go, but so thankful for all the memories!

Gotten so many brilliant ideas for 5 song dungeons and hacks for Playlist Dungeon already! Which is good, since I plan to start "Revenge of the Mixtape" a Playlist Dungeon Jam in a short bit.

OK, after making my first Five Song Dungeon, this is one of the coolest things I've made. It's a very fun format for building encounters that gives me and excuse to dig through my digital crates.

The Lost Chamber is pretty cool ( I even think I cooked a little on the graphic design).

I want to end this talking about "Midnight Train Ticket", from @labmouse.bsky.social . It's this wonderful lyrical game played in literally 30 minutes. The players frame scenes from the past 48 hours and the present for 2 characters deciding whether to get/stay on the train out of town.
