I won’t bore everyone with the rest of the details. But I spent a LOT of time with Lauren Mayberry’s solo album this year.
I also saw her live on my 50th birthday this year (took both my kids to that show, it was awesome).
A birdy tells me that I would be T5 *on spotify* with my listening stats.

attempt to ratify the filing of an unauthorized petition for certiorari when the attempted ratification
occurred after the filing deadline had already passed. Id. at 98. Similarly here, the Attorney General's attempt to ratify Mr. Comey's indictment on October 31 "came too late in the day to be effective," as the statute of limitations for the charged offenses expired 31 days earlier on
September 30.2' Id.
The Government responds that the Attorney General's ratification was proper because she could have "personally obtain[ed] a new indictment" on October 31 "using [the] grace period" set
forth in 18 U.S.C. § 3288. ECF No. 137 at 29. That statute provides in part:
Whenever an indictment or information charging a felony is dismissed for any reason after the period prescribed by the applicable statute of limitations has expired, a new indictment may be returned in the appropriate jurisdiction within six calendar months of the date of the dismissal of the indictment or information.

This is the first picture I’ve seen of it. It… resembles a vehicle like shape from this angle.

Defendants respectfully request an opportunity to provide that information to the Court by way
of declarations in the first instance (as even Plaintiffs agree is appropriate)." Def. Resp. at 1.
The Court will adopt the parties' agreement on starting with declarations; it will then
assess the need for witness testimony. It therefore ORDERS that by December 5, 2025, the
Government shall submit declarations from all individuals involved in the decision not to halt the
transfer of class members out of U.S. physical custody on March 15 and 16, 2025. Such
declarations shall detail their roles in such decision.

I picked it up when I was l visiting Cardiff in 2003. I didn’t know it existed until I found it.
The special remix edition had a new remix of Close Your Eyes by Play Paul, and three different remixes of So Nice (Layo and Bushwacka, DJ Marky and XRS, and a Derrick Carter remix).

I think that Jeff Noon’s blurb was deeply accurate. My own rough take on a short review is below.
It was a *fun* read, and the shifting, not Deja vu, but unreliable memory vibe in the final act, kept me on my toes until the end, and stuck with me afterward as well.
Well effing done.
