TBT to one of my favorite projects: Designed for @Jefferson Apartment Group, J. Linea, a 135-unit multi-family property nestled in Washington, DC's vibrant and historic U Street corridor, honors the rich musical legacy of a street once known as 'Black Broadway.'

Last week, we joined our client @Willow Bridge Property Company, alongside Mayor Bowser, and folks from DMPED for a ribbon cutting of Balsa. Located in the heart of downtown DC Balsa is just one of 5 Hickok Cole multi-family residential projects currently underway in a 3 block radius.

Last week, we joined our client @Willow Bridge Property Company, alongside Mayor Bowser, and folks from DMPED for a ribbon cutting of Balsa. Located in the heart of downtown DC Balsa is just one of 5 Hickok Cole multi-family residential projects currently underway in a 3 block radius.
Thrilled to see our transformation of the former University Club Tower in Salt Lake City featured in Multi-Housing News. It's exciting to witness Seraph, a premier residential high-rise, come to life with the installation of new floor to ceiling windows and metal panel revealing its fresh new look.
