Ooh, that was so good and twisted! I can't believe it, but other than her original job and librarian comment, I couldn't remember anything else about the story, so it was all new to me. ;-)

I found the audio version on Libby and enjoying Julia Whelan's narration. OFF to do some housework so I can listen to it.

One of my favorite short stories. " ... I would rather be a librarian, but I worry about the job security. Books may be temporary; d**** are forever." I'll have to see if I can get it to read again.

I recently reread HELL HOUSE by Richard Matheson and then watched the 1970s movie, and they were both great fun. I had forgotten the sexual undertones of the book, but the movie pretty much ignored them. #ewgc
