That has never managed a team larger than 8 people nor a budget larger than a couple million dollars. Hiring him is the opposite of merit. Trump just wanted a yes man in this role and that's what he got.

The HC needs to be cut, that's for sure. Losing Brisker, stacking offensive penalties, and giving up 4.9 yds per run hasn't helped.
But this starts at the very top. The ownership refuses to hire competent football leaders. They want nice guys that look good in the Sunday foursome.

I just turned 50 and completed my 7th competition. I love it, but I also enjoy the types of athletic events where suffering is a key feature. It's designed to elicit high levels of discomfort. But it's also a running race, mostly. So if you're a good runner, it's easier, I think.
