I’m not really ready yet, quad is DEAD. But legit I could not go full body weight on that leg at all yesterday. Was literally crying yesterday wondering if I would ever walk again. This is the epitome of rehab right here folks. It’s so fucking real it’s stupid.

This week I’ll complete my 45th trip around the sun. Feeling overly contemplative about it. I’m living such a big life. I have so many good things. I’m so grateful and I have so many plans to not take any days for granted. Also I hope, I really really hope, I don’t hurt myself skateboarding.

My first time (ever) dropping in without holding the rope. I keep moving my goal posts. But this was definitely one of them.
While I don’t ‘use’ the rope when I drop, it’s a huge mental block to go and not have it just in case. I haven’t been able to get past until now.
