I can see the comparison, but they aren't an inspiration here. Any similarities are more just coincidence

If I were to go back and do this again, I think I'd do a couple things differently. I'd make the stirring single handed, with the other hand just resting on his hip. The two handed stirring wasn't a bad idea, but I think the angle is wrong to make it look natural

Now I just have to see if Yavatru doesn't worm her way further into my head and make me insert her into other things and have to transform her lore ;p
