Who benefits? If I doubt myself, who benefits from my hesitation?

Instead of asking myself, “What if I’m not ready?”, I can ask myself, “What kind of spark would I create if I start to trust my inner wisdom today?”

I think I figured out how to make “task batching” work for me. Hyperfocus is an ADHD superpower. I tried focusing on one or two projects a day last week and it felt great. I was able to plan and schedule ahead, as well as work on some big stuff for me. Trying out "project batching" again this week.

My Kindle library shows when I got each book, creating a time capsule of that time in my life.
