I’m so sorry. Many Americans, even a number of journalists, think he’s joking/trolling even if it embarrasses them. Regardless, it’s inexcusable, demeaning language toward our Canadian friends. And I fear he uses the term state like the former Soviet states—his to control. Terrifying president.
