Growth will come from investing in infrastructure that we all depend on. The Chancellor must ensure that funding covers the cost of delivery, so that every child can thrive, and parents can stay in work. Doing so will boost tax receipts, cut the benefits bill, and deliver growth for all of us. 2/2

Government must ensure that the boost to personalised employment support is tailored to and funded for young people with SEND.

They must also recognise that those with more complex needs may not be able to work, and will need financial support to live.
