Made some dang mapo tofu - only my second time, did it years ago and screwed up the goopification so it was all lumpy but I finally got the guts to try again
Turned out VERY tasty (and spicy) even though I forgot sesame oil at the end. Will have to make it again, what a shame 🙄

Went to my local bath like I do every week and almost passed out in the changing room after I must assume going too hard in the sauna, living on the edge (felt bad and a little scary, thanks sitting down with a sports drink for getting me through it)
