Made some dang mapo tofu - only my second time, did it years ago and screwed up the goopification so it was all lumpy but I finally got the guts to try again
Turned out VERY tasty (and spicy) even though I forgot sesame oil at the end. Will have to make it again, what a shame 🙄

Love Tokyo but the lack of snow in winter is a real buzzkill, as is how everything shuts down at the slightest snowfall lol
Having grown up near-ish Chicago this time of year just never feels quite right. Also it’s less cold with snow 🙄
