The art was removed from the game, including the Lugia EX immersive card too (because it also showed up the same Ho-Oh art) so if you pull one of these cards currently you'll get a blank card with no art.
My guess is they will work on a new art and update them as soon as possible

It's a bit weird, sometimes looks like a cheap trash movie, sometimes is goofy, but it me made uncomfortable af and I don't even know why. "The taking of Deborah Logan" is a good choice too.
