The art was removed from the game, including the Lugia EX immersive card too (because it also showed up the same Ho-Oh art) so if you pull one of these cards currently you'll get a blank card with no art.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, basically a Chinese artist concluded that the new Immersive Ho-Oh art was copied from their own artwork, and because it blew up, Pokemon heard word of it and concluded that the card artist didn't steal the art but received non official art as a source
The whole plagiarism situation in Pokemon Pocket is obviously a bummer but I'm glad Pokemon looked into it immediately, investigated and pulled out the accidentally stolen art from the game. Allegedly, it was a mistake from the team who provided the references who confused fanart with official art.
