This is the best candle, rosemary and sage. Don’t mind me, just frantically burning all the sage-scented things in an attempt to cleanse the dark clouds settling in all our hearts right now.

@thebloggess.bsky.social I love your coloring book! Thank you for creating it. It’s my favorite adult coloring book I’ve encountered. I wanted to share this picture, which I think turned out well.

Trying out a new beef stew recipe. It has onion soup mix in it instead of beef broth, which should give it a bit of a different flavor than my stew usually has. But I like onion flavor, so I’m down to try! We’ll see in a few hours. Good for a snowy day.

I am very motivated to keep knitting this temperature blanket to keep myself warm.

The stuffies built a 2x3 shelving unit while I was gone this weekend. So productive! And apparently handy with tools, despite their lack of thumbs.

Reading “The Dead of Winter: Beware the Krampus and other Wicked Christmas Creatures” by Sarah Clegg. It’s great fun! Well written with an engaging storytelling style. So far I’ve been most interested in the Mari Lwyd but soon I’m going to dig into The Krampus in earnest.

If you haven’t read “The Last Hour Between Worlds” by @melissacaruso do it now! “A whip-smart adventure fantasy packed with reality-bending magic, and sapphic romance” is how it’s described and that is 100% true. Highly recommend.
