Different demographic (community college in SoCal) - but seeing something similar. The level of student prep and engagement overall is noticeably lower...not only is it not back to pre-pandemic levels but is has continued to decline. I've been curious if this is widespread and of causes...

Completely ignorant here - why in the world isn't this something NCBI does?!

It was mentioned during the question period. RFK Jr called it a canard.... So, there's that...

Thanks for this. Any chance you have time stamps for each of the claims you documented here?

Bingo. One exercise - have them do this with a topic they have some good understanding of and where you find ChatGPT errors...it will help them gauge just how cautious they need to be when using it on things they have limited more knowledge...

Kulldorf: "So the vote today is for seasonal influenza vaccines, not for a pandemic, because there's no such vaccines currently on the market. I think. So that the future meetings of ACIP and CDC will have to consider those things."

This exact question was brought up at the June ACIP meeting. Kulldorf declined to address the question since it wasn't being voted on ("and because there is no such thing currently on the market").

In this presentation I discuss some of the work we’ve doing @BrisUni over the past 5 years studying the airborne transmission of disease.

He was fixated on the higher number of deaths in vaccine arms for multiple trials on the RSV monoclonals regardless of other findings. He said he would give them to his infant if they had an underlying condition, but not if they were healthy. Meissner basically layed into him for that.
June 28, 2025 at 2:51 AM
He seemed to ignore that they were balanced (ex officio and Merck rep also stated the rates), and was impervious to the fact that Merck's 3rd party evaluator and the FDA found no association between the products and deaths and the working group, as Meissner made clear, found no cause for concern.
June 28, 2025 at 2:50 AM
This was absolutely mind boggling to me. He kept acknowledging the 2:1 randomization but also kept pointing out that the vaccine arms had higher numbers of death in prior clinical studies of nirsevimab (already approved, not being voted on),
