The BBC has published the video. By framing this as "conflicting accounts" when the video clearly shows some of the core claims ["defensive shots"] to be false, there is a risk of saying that government officials are entitled to their own parallel facts

He has his phone in his right hand and his empty left hand is raised above his head while trying to protect the woman ICE just pushed down all while being pepper sprayed.
