It's late but I had an idea. What if the US allowed experts from allied governments in the EU and Nato come into our government and do investigations as a 3rd party? Since our justice system and agencies can't come fourth and present evidence to the public, then have an outside source do it.

Syrian Rebels lay waste to Russian soldiers. Russia fires the commander in charge. Putin has to decide what do and possibly shift power from Ukraine to Syria. Let's hope, Ukraine needs every bit of help they can get against a massive country like Russia.
