I use Midnight Commander under Linux. It’s got all the nostalgia of using Norton Commander but is actually useful on my Linux Mint PC.

It does seem daft. But on the other hand, I’ve managed to pick up a none Win 11 compliant - small form factor hp desktop. Nice spec and runs Linux Mint well.
Seems lots of firms are making good surplus available. Every cloud?….

As far as I can tell the block / unblock trick doesn’t work on this platform. I found that useful to drop followers on twitter.

I think they are worth the investment. I’ve made lots of patch cables and conversions to my shack bits and the crimp tool was invaluable.

I think you can get away with a pair of pliers with lucar spade connectors in a pinch but you can’t bodge a high current power pole. IMHO

I’ve assumed it’s new to platform users finding their feet.
It’s what I’ve done, looked for the followers I had on Twitter and looked to follow new similar accounts.
