Took the missus out on a late night date/walk through the second largest cemetery in the state last night. We enjoyed having the 100 acres all to ourselves as we padded silently from shadow to shadow. No we didn't avoid "where is civil society heading?" musings. Yes we felt removed from society.

Drumph's "light" 1st amendment violations successfully intimidated a law firm into letting him choose their clients, among other stupid capitulations from people who should know better.
Both of the largest for-profit prison systems (CoreCivic and GEO Group) were howling with glee as the felon in chief took the popular vote. The previous admin had been winding down their use, but 45 is all about cruelty and redirecting public funds into private pockets, so here we are.
