Today's home made: 10% whole wheat 72 hour cold ferement sourdough, pecorino romano, mozzarella. Cheese went down first then topped with spicy Italian sausage with sauteed onion and jalapeno and tomato sauce left over from some sausage sandwiches, a bit of fresh onion and peppers.

Today's home made: 10% whole wheat sourdough, forgotten about and cold fermented for 8 days, mozzarella, onion and jalapeno - 1/2 + pineapple and anchovies, 1/2 + pepperoni and pecorino romano. The crust was really good with a nice rise and more pronounced sourdough tang than usual.

Today's home made: 24 hour cold ferment sourdough, 10% whole wheat, mozzarella, fresno and jalapeno peppers, onion - 1/2 + pecorino romano and pepperoni, 1/2 + anchovies and pineapple.
