Be kind to con staffers- they’re volunteers doing their best while juggling real jobs, partners, & time zones. Public statements take coordination of a lot of parts (including legal ones) with care. No one is being paid to do this & they are trying their best in the face of very hard circumstances.

All the Boomers in the cruise facebook group are freaking out about TD9. If I see one more screenshot of hurricanes.gov and an all caps MY FRIEND WHO'S A METEROLOGIST SENT THIS TO ME!!! I'm gonna throw myself into the ocean. Also a lot of boomers know meterologists personally apparently.
