I've been awake for less than two hours and already had five different arguments in my head. I think I should probably drink some water.

I'm curious about the anecdotal drop in therapy clients. Is it an effect of world events encouraging people to batten down the hatches? When the world becomes less safe what happens to self-reflection? Does it become a luxury when survival is at stake?

It amazes me (it shouldn't, by now) how many people in the helping professions are just waiting for an opportunity to judge and patronize you. Strange approach to punish someone for not knowing what you are paying them to tell you. And a reminder to myself not to reveal my autism to a neurotypical.
