There's another case coming. SCOTUS is waiting for THAT case to come along. Sorry I don't have it at the top of my head, but it's basically a case on religious exemptions. It will erode individual marriage protections on religious grounds with no need to overturn Obergerfel. This isn't over.

But my frustration is that they don't care how angry we are, how unpopular they are, nothing. These people are operating like their untouchable and seeing the lack of reaction from Dem leadership and the American people, I guess they are untouchable. No one has the stomach to stop them.

If he is so weak, why is the American government still closed? Jesus, why are any of these assholes still walking around untouched? This is robbing millions from the American people and he's walking around like nothing can touch him. I guess he knows ain't nobody gonna check him and he's right.

I want to believe this so badly. But I've never seen white folks truly hold each other accountable. When they try, they always go easy and let the white traitors to our democracy go back to their lives unpunished. I have zero faith this time will be different.
