This isn't stupid. This is consciously malign.

He's using Signal because there's no digital paper trail. No way to satisfy FOI requests or hold a congressional hearing. He and Trump and everyone else involved know EXACTLY what they are doing and that it is illegal - and unpopular!

I would change pretty much everything about it, to be honest. I would forget about pushing the technology further and make it a more fun and interesting game. Make the levels part of a bigger more interconnected map, add AB-style shops for upgrading weapons, stuff like that.

Let's set up a "control Amazon" website. Everyone gets to vote on what they want Amazon to do next, and if Amazon don't do it, we get notified to try and shop somewhere else until they capitulate.

This is the shit the internet is for. We don't have to do what they tell us

The fucking point of prime was no ads. That's why we paid for it. There is no economic justification for adding them other than "let's see if the plebs will swallow this shit."

If it weren't for their walled gardens and captive audiences, literally nobody would choose to publish through the major platform holders. It's like pulling teeth. Ironic that the most open platform has the most streamlined process. No wonder it's winning.

Then the Deck (a retail device) tells me how many watts the game is consuming to run (4.5 in 30fps eco mode)

The contrast with other platforms is stark. Endless forms and manifests and build versions to increment; sluggish, fragmented websites. Labyrinthine SDK versioning. Extortionate devkits.
