Trump already proved that he could have potential snitches murdered while behind bars when it came to Epstein himself. I suppose it’s a little harder to “make a suicide happen” if someone is in a luxury prison and has been reported as singing, it’s praises compared to the old prison.

Yes, they would’ve done some tremendous harm in the short term by ram-rodding through all sorts of Nazi shit, but it would have left Democrat hands clean of ending it, but allowed us to maintain that new status quo and take full advantage of it as soon as we got the majority again.

I think more citizens opposed to Trump need to look at this whole thing is as a “crisi-tunity” that creates fertile ground for an FDR-like government to come in & implement sweeping positive changes; putting the power of representative government to use actually helping the country. I’m on the younger end of Gen X, and while I fully expect at least the next decade and a half to be a mop up period, I’m gonna be fucking pissed if we’re still in “rebuilding mode“ when I’m in my 70s or 80s.

Unfortunately, it’s not so much lack of education that led to the revival of all of this sick crap in America. It’s that we have a chronic infection of untreated (or ineffectually treated )xenophobia & racism. We never finished Reconstruction after the Civil War. Until we do this will keep happening
