Weight lifting is more than just a workout—it's essential, especially as we age. At 56, I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. Strength training keeps me feeling strong, energized, and ready for whatever comes my way. Age is just a number, and with the right mindset and consistency! #exercise

I had no idea and it’s my favorite ice cream 🍨…
Not so fun fact that I’ve realized not a lot of people know: Butter pecan was the closest to vanilla ice cream black people could eat back in the day. Due to racism they weren’t allowed to indulge in vanilla & thus butter pecan became a staple in the black community. I might go get me some today lol
