I watched THE PROSECUTOR (2025) last night. Easily Donnie Yen’s finest work as a director. I absolutely loved it.
Do NOT go in expecting Flashpoint or Raging Fire. This is a legal thriller with a few action sequences. The action is amazing though. It feels fresh and more age appropriate for Donnie.

Norton needs to be given his flowers. He’s always had an amazing on screen presence.

When it comes to martial arts focused Chinese dramas, ATV’s Blood Debt may have the crispest fight choreography.
Even with undercranking it looks amazing. Just good old fashioned shapes.
There are loads of fights scattered throughout, too. Definitely one for genre fans to seek out.
