I went to an Indonesian restaurant that refused to serve me something with eggs because I said I was vegetarian. Meanwhile, my boss who is also vegetarian (for religious reasons) always eats eggs. Everyone has such weird definitions of it!

I try not to eat animal products if the animal dies for it, back in the day people called it “ovo-lacto vegetarian” because I consume dairy and eggs. But I count bugs, fish, and mammals all as animals
