The big ones I know of (I’m also a size 30) are big-b and TEN in Tokyo and 靴のヒカリ in Kawasaki. The latter has a better selection of formal shoes than sneakers, however.

These days I just stick to Onitsuka Tigers or trying to find good deals on Jordans on Mercari tho, lol
