Also in the scene with Elise and Rean on the school's rooftop in CS1, only Elise is voiced and not Rean in the JP which is the wild because that is one of the first scenes in the game that gives us a deeper look into Rean.

Yes, I don't remember exactly why, but it was something like they had certain lines recorded that never made it to the original english release that they later added to the PC version as an update. Which is why CS1 and 2 does not have the one character voiced while other is silent problem.
