Rep. Maxwell Alejandro Frost
@frost.house.gov
Congressman representing Central Florida / Orlando (FL-10)
In the richest country on the face of the earth, I believe that health care is a human right.

I spoke on the House floor about how expiring ACA tax credit will cause 189,000 Central Floridians to see their healthcare premiums skyrocket and how I’ll keep fighting to protect your care.
November 22, 2025 at 8:17 PM
Trump and House Republicans created an inflation crisis that’s cost Florida families $585 so far this year.

I’m working to lower costs, protect affordable health care, and make sure working people come first — not billionaires and mega corporations.

Today, we recognize the violence and discrimination faced by transgender people and remember those who have lost their lives to anti-trans hate.

As attacks on gender-affirming care and trans joy continue, we’ll keep standing with our trans siblings and fighting for an inclusive and safe world.

Today, I was selected to serve on two critical Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittees!

I'm looking forward to working with @transportdems.bsky.social to expand and modernize our transit systems, ease congestion, make our roads safer, and protect our planet.

I just voted YES to release the Epstein files — because the American people, and especially the survivors, deserve transparency and the full truth.
November 18, 2025 at 8:01 PM
Trump calling Republicans into the Situation Room to stop the Epstein files, then flipping when he realized he’d take a major L tells you everything.

His new DOJ investigation is just a stall tactic. We’re staying in this battle until every file is public.

At a time when rising housing costs are pushing more people to sleep on the streets, the Trump Administration is slashing funds for Housing First programs—forcing 170,000 people, mostly seniors and people with disabilities, out of stable housing and back into homelessness.
Trump administration policy change makes deep cuts to homeless permanent housing program
More than half of the 2026 funding for the program will be shifted from permanent housing to transitional housing with work and service requirements.

The newly released Epstein emails raise serious questions about Trump’s personal knowledge of Epstein’s crimes — and what he’s trying to hide.

I joined Rep. Adelita Grijalva, who was just sworn in, to call on the DOJ to release the Epstein Files and hold Donald Trump accountable.

Tonight I voted NO on Trump and Republicans' funding bill that will raise healthcare costs for 20 million Americans.

You deserve better. I'll keep doing everything I can to fight back against their attempts to rip away health coverage from hardworking Americans.

This #VeteransDay, let's honor the veterans and families across Central Florida and the country who’ve sacrificed to protect our freedoms. I’ll keep standing up for our veterans and ensure they get the care and respect they deserve. Thank you to all who have served our country.
November 11, 2025 at 4:30 PM
I am a NO on any vote that raises premiums for nearly one in four people in my district.

I believe that in the richest country on the face of the Earth, families deserve to get the care they need when they need it — and I will fight like hell to make that a reality.
November 11, 2025 at 3:22 AM
I’m a HELL NO on this deal.
November 9, 2025 at 11:28 PM
Central Floridians like Nathan are seeing their premiums skyrocket from $28 to over $730 a month — all because Trump and Republicans in Congress are prioritizing billionaires over your health care.

I’ll keep fighting to extend ACA tax credits and end this Republican shutdown.
November 7, 2025 at 5:28 PM
In the richest country on Earth, no one should go broke trying to afford their health care.

For 189,000 Central Floridians & for constituents who’ve written to my office, that’s exactly what’s happening because Trump & Republicans would rather give billionaires a tax break than protect your care.
November 6, 2025 at 9:13 PM
Today marks the LONGEST government shutdown in U.S. history.

All because Trump and Republicans in Congress want to raise your health care costs to give billionaires and corporations another tax break.

Enough. We need to reopen the government and protect affordable health care.
November 5, 2025 at 9:26 PM
Trump would rather let 42 million families, including families like Micah's, go hungry than follow the law and work with Congress to reopen the government.

This cruelty and chaos from this administration isn't just the strategy, it's the point.
November 5, 2025 at 7:30 PM
A teacher working two jobs who can’t afford doctor visits. A veteran worried one bill could make him homeless. A mom fighting stage four breast cancer.

These are just some of the Central Floridians impacted by the Republican health care crisis.

It’s the first day of open enrollment for health insurance under the ACA.

While families struggle to keep coverage, Trump and Republicans are driving up health care costs to give billionaires another tax break.

We must extend ACA tax credits and make care affordable for all.
November 1, 2025 at 3:36 PM
Trump chose not to use emergency funds to feed over 40 million Americans. A federal judge just ruled that it's against the law.

Mr. President, the cruelty stops here. Food for our people should never be a political bargaining chip.

Skyrocketing premiums are forcing Floridians like Christina and her son to make impossible choices.

This is the Republican health care crisis — and I’m fighting to protect your care and get our government working for you again.
October 30, 2025 at 5:56 PM
1 in 8 Americans will lose food assistance on November 1.

Not by accident — but because Donald Trump wants to give billionaires more tax breaks.

It’s the same old story: the rich get richer, while everyone else gets left behind.
October 29, 2025 at 6:35 PM
On Nov. 1, 40 million Americans, including 3 million Floridians, will go hungry.

Hunger isn't a political game. It's a moral failure by this administration that can and must fund SNAP.
October 28, 2025 at 8:27 PM
For 26 days, Republicans have kept the government shut down, refusing to negotiate.

Their plan: raise your health care costs so billionaires and mega corporations can get another tax break.

Your health should never be up for sale and I'll keep fighting to protect your care.
