Kewa Datsi is a Bhutanese dish which, sorry, but it's like a dad who doesn't know how to cook but puts shit in a pot and it turns out amazingly delicious recipe.
I've known a few old guys who fry up whatever stuff is laying about - onions, garlic, chillis and potato with some salt, oil and cheese!
