Western forest scorpions.

These were snoozing under some loose bark that was clinging to an ancient fallen tree.

The larger one was about 2”. The smaller one would fit in my thumbnail. 🌿

Coral fungi in Sonoma. Some type of clavulinopsis, either golden spindles or handsome club. These tiny growths are easy to miss even though their colors are striking. 🌿
