Chloe’s hottest pain prevention tip for all you desk jockeys: set a timer to remind yourself to move every hour!! Our bodies are not made to sit for eight hours!
Having just wrapped up our post about pain…if ur characters are on a long road trip, please write some movement breaks into their journey, to prevent the aches and pain that come from sitting for too long! (And that goes for us writers too-a few minutes of gentle movement every hour, dr’s orders!)

Library cards are like magic!!
I just subscribed to Rolling Stone magazine thru the Libby app. All I did was press Subscribe and the current issue was added to my shelf; I will receive a notification when a new issue is available. FOR FREE. Just cuz I have a couple of library cards.
